Dear members,

We would like to inform you that the Atlas Logistic Network has decided to terminate the membership of the company PEX Logistics also operating under the name of Pratama Expressindo Logistik in Jakarta/Indonesia.

We have received various complaints from different members over the last couple of months that
PEX Logistics in Jakarta was not respecting their payment schedules and promises resulting in continuous delays and failing payments to fellow members.

As a result PEX Logistics in Jakarta was put first under “credit alert” while downgraded two weeks later to “credit stop”. This in strict conformity with the rules and regulations of our Atlas Logistic Network Payment Protection Program.

Regretfully the situation has not improved and further delays on their payment attitude has resulted in our decision to terminate their membership as from today. As you know, respecting payment condition between our members is one of the crucial corner stones of our Atlas Logistic Network family and therefore we apply a “zero” tolerance for all our members.

Although we have tried to communicate with PEX Logistics in Djakarta on their situation we have found and encountered their lack of replies, responses or feedback. Consequently we have not been successful to finalize the pending issues and have been faced with no other alternative than to terminate the membership of Pratama Expressindo Logistik in Jakarta.

We kindly invite all our members to report within the next 7 calendar days if PEX Logistics / Pratama Expressindo Logistik in Jakarta has any outstanding invoices with your company. After this date we can no longer accept any reported outstanding as they will be not covered by our Atlas Logistic Network Payment Protection Plan.
