How did you get started in the logistics industry and what has your journey been like so far?
I began my journey in the logistics industry 8 years ago, driven by a passion for efficiency and global connectivity. Starting with foundational roles, I progressed to more strategic positions, such as FE Trade Lane Manager and currently Global Network Manager. My journey has been marked by continuous learning, pragmatism and resilience.
If there is one thing that you could change to the logistics industry, what would it be and why?
If I could change one thing in the logistics industry, it would be the integration and standardization of digital technologies across the entire supply chain.
In this sense, we are still behind other traditional industries like ours. Digitization would enhance transparency, reduce inefficiencies, and enable real-time decision-making, ultimately leading to more resilient and agile logistics operations.
What is the most important lesson working in logistics has taught you?
The most important lesson I’ve learned in logistics is the value of adaptability. The industry is dynamic, with constant changes in regulations, technology, and market demands. Being adaptable and proactive in embracing these changes is crucial to maintaining efficiency and staying ahead of the competition.

Recently we assisted one of our customers on the assembly of an automotive line. The project had sharp deadlines, complex customs procedures, and high volumes. We had to thrive to deliver and we did.
How do you set yourself apart from your competitors?
We set ourselves apart from competitors through a combination of deep understanding of logistics & customs procedures, tailored made services & best in class customer service.
What do you like the most about being a member of our logistics network?
Being a member of our logistics network provides unparalleled opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing. I value the connections I’ve made with industry experts and the ability to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices, which enhances our overall service quality and competitiveness.
How do you relax in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy staying active through sports, particularly running, padel and just recently martial arts. I also appreciate spending quality time with my friends and exploring new cultures through travel. These activities help me unwind and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
